Your personal trainer will work you within your limits and may push a bit further whilst keeping you focused and motivated on the task in hand. A full fitness program is planned for you to do at home when you are not with a trainer, tailored specifically to your goals and abilities.

As well as great fitness training you will receive nutritional advice to enable you to attain your goal. A fitness test will be taken once a month to see how you are progressing – nothing motivates you more than seeing the hard work pay off. This ensures that we know you are on the right path.
